Most patients begin with a complimentary fifteen-minute introductory conversation to determine fit and discuss whether further evaluation or testing would be appropriate. From there, the entry point is a single physician-led consultation that covers intake, testing guidance and ordering, and a follow-up review once results are available.
By the end of the process you will have a clear picture of what is going on in your body, what to do next, and whether ongoing continuity care is appropriate. Testing fees are separate, ordered after the consultation based on what Dr. King recommends. House calls available upon request (+$150).

Physician intake and history review, discussion of appropriate testing, ordering of recommended testing, written recommendations summary, and a follow-up interpretation visit. Testing is billed separately.
Results reviewed together in the follow-up interpretation visit. Introductory physical examination if desired and feasible based on location. Virtual follow-up option available.
Ongoing physician-guided continuity care is available at $213/month (≈ $7/day). Follow-up / refill visits outside continuity are $150.

This practice was built outside those constraints, in order to preserve the time, continuity, and interpretive depth the work requires.
New patients are seen in person on the Big Island. Established patients may use telehealth for return visits.
Embody is not a replacement for primary care, urgent care, or emergency services. It is the longitudinal practice you keep in addition.
