Longitudinal biomarker review, every 3–4 months
Lifecycle Labs are advanced biomarker reviews used within ongoing continuity care to follow physiology, recovery, hormones, metabolism, inflammation, and long-term trajectory over time. Not a public-facing entry pathway — part of longitudinal physician oversight for established patients.
Testing — DNA 360, BiomeFX, DUTCH, hormones, metabolism, biomarkers — is ordered by Dr. King after the consultation, based on each patient’s history, physiology, and goals.
Pricing is intentionally simple. The $377 Initial Physician Consultation + Systems Review covers the physician time required to take history, interpret existing data, order appropriate testing, and review results together in a follow-up interpretation visit. Follow-up / refill visits outside continuity are $150. Testing fees are billed separately, ordered after the consultation, based on what Dr. King recommends.

This practice was built outside those constraints, in order to preserve the time, continuity, and interpretive depth the work requires.
